ARTICLE 1: General

ARTICLE 6: Payment

Payment of the customer's purchases is made by bank transfer to my account, by Stripe who accepts credit cards without registration.
The seller reserves the right to request additional proof of identity to the Client in the following cases:

ARTICLE 7: Payment period

The price is payable cash on the day of the order by bank transfer or credit card via Stripe. Depending on the legislation in force in the delivery area, customs duties and duties may be claimed by them to the Customer.

ARTICLE 8: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer when placing his order. It can only intervene once the order paid and validated by the seller.
Any ordered product is dispatched as soon as possible, except major impediment: illness, holidays, to the other reason.

In case of force majeure or exceptional events (natural disasters, illness, strikes ...) delaying or prohibiting the delivery of the goods, the seller is released from any liability.

The deadlines are those indicated by La Poste: in metropolitan France their standard is 2 days, for Mondial Relais the delays are longer. Any delay will be charged to them.

ARTICLE 9: Delivery Claim

The customer accepts the products delivered in the state and therefore no claim for damages during transit will be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to carry out all checks and reservations on arrival of the equipment and to exercise, if necessary, any recourse with La Poste or Mondial Relais.

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately check their condition and conformity with the contract. ARTICLE 10: Right of withdrawal

The customer has the faculty to return at his expenses the delivered articles, in their packing of origin, in perfect state, complete (accessories ...) and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and proof of the payment with the purchase.

The exchange of the article-s returned against another product chosen by the customer will be within the legal period of 14 days maximum date of receipt of the return of / s product / s, the cost of sending this new product will be charged to the customer.

Products returned incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled are not refunded.
